Netball Australia has designed the NSG Program to provide young players, between 5 to 10 years, the necessary skills and drills of netball in a learning and positive way. The program is an introduction to the game of netball which is played by thousands of Australians each year. The NSG program has the aim of ensuring enjoyment and continued participation.
NetSetGO is divided into three tiers: Net, Set and GO. Where you start depends on your age and netball experience. As you move through the tiers, you’ll pick up more advanced netball skills. One week it might be passing drills and ball games, next it could be shooting and practice matches. NetSetGO sessions are led by a friendly netball coach, using equipment built specially for kids.

Palm Beach Netball Club’s NSGers will also train mainly on Thursday with their team and coach. We do have some teams that train on Wednesdays or Fridays depending on coaches’ availability.
